1. Installation and commissioning of access control system
(1)Power supply
Ensure that the power is sufficient, try to use a linear power supply, and the door lock and controller should be powered separately. The power supply should be installed as close as possible to the electrical equipment to avoid interference and transmission loss.
(2) Wiring
It is divided into power lines, communication lines, and signal lines. When wiring, pay attention to separate the strong and weak lines. The distance between the two tubes is required to be greater than 20cm.
Power cord: the wire diameter is thick enough, using multi-strand wires.
Signal line and communication line: use shielded five types of twisted pair. Among them, the 485 bus must be connected with a twisted pair of wires. When purchasing wires, it is recommended to use 4*0.5 four-core shielded wires.
Precautions
1. Shielded wires must not be used as connecting wires for 0V voltage (power ground)
2. Only one ground terminal per shield return
3. When the shielded loop cannot be grounded, the shielded wire can be connected to
another shielded loop of the network.
4. The signal grounds of each module must be connected together.
5. If there is a breakpoint in the middle of the line, it needs to be soldered with a
soldering iron and insulated.
6. Do not keep network cables together with AC power.
7. If the network connection exceeds 1000 meters, a repeater must be added, and it can
be extended by another 1000 meters after the repeater.

Card reader: Do not install it on a metal object, the distance between two card readers should not be less than 30 cm, and it is best to supply power through the controller. If the card reader is powered from the outside alone, please use a linear regulated power supply (transformer) for the power supply of the card reader, and the negative pole of the DC cannot be connected to the ground terminal of the AC.
Network adapter: The connection with the controller is in a hand-in-hand way.
Controller: The controller without isolation, it is recommended to use the same power supply.
Lock: When installing the magnetic lock, it is necessary to make the lock body and the relay iron plate tightly combined, otherwise there will be insufficient suction. Electric mortise lock, if you need to open the socket when installing the electric mortise lock, pay attention to the hole diameter must be large enough, and the depth must be deep enough to allow the lock tongue to be fully inserted. The lock tongue cannot be fully inserted, and the lock tongue will jump continuously after locking the door, or the working current will always be high, and the lock body will become hot.

6. The communication between the computer and the controller is unstable
1. A valid card cannot open the door
Check whether the electric control lock is normal Check the power supply or replace the electric control lock.
Whether the lock tongue and the lock buckle are mechanically stuck, repair the mechanical failure or replace the parts.
Check the indicator lights on the control board to check whether the communication between the control board and the module is normal and troubleshoot.
Check whether the communication between the card reader and the module is normal and troubleshoot.
Whether the information day closing command is set or not, adjust the opening time through software.
Whether the operator initializes the access control system or other commands are re-authorized through the software.
2. Access control communication failure
Check if the serial port is set incorrectly (determine the serial port used).
Check whether there is a short circuit or open circuit on the access control communication bus (exclude the short circuit and open circuit of the communication line).
Check that the communication chip 75184 of the RS485 communication card is damaged (replace the communication chip 75148).
The RS485 communication card is damaged (replace the RS485 communication card).
Check whether the crystal head of the network cable is done well, check whether the network cable is connected, and ping the address of the access control controller.
3. Access control records cannot be extracted completely

4. The door lock is always open

5. La carte IC ne peut pas être lue
La carte IC a été réglée pour la période valide de lecture de carte lorsque la carte IC est autorisée (elle peut être réglée pour une lecture de carte valide toute la journée).
Le contrôleur de contrôle d'accès est anormalement chaud (remplacer la carte de contrôle d'accès).
Antenne de lecture-écriture de contrôle d'accès (ajustez le condensateur de réglage fin pour améliorer la distance de lecture de la carte).
6. La communication entre l'ordinateur et le contrôleur est instable
Un câble de signal qui ne répond pas aux exigences ou un câble de signal de mauvaise qualité est utilisé.
La pose de la ligne de signal n'est pas normalisée, par exemple la ligne de signal et la ligne électrique passent par le même tube.
